"Adding a Notch to Your Belt – Getting in Fiscal Shape with your Plan Management Habits."
Presented by: John Hammond, CFP CEP Transcentive – Computershare
There are many ways to reduce equity compensation expense and plan management costs. In this session we will look at many of those cost-saving ideas and where they can fall flat in effect even if they help you save costs. From plan structures and grant types to efficient share utilization, tax accounting and administrative service models, we’ll look closely at how small, and not-so-small, changes to your plan management lifestyle can yield big rewards down the road.
John has served in a variety of positions since joining Transcentive – Computershare in 2003. John’s current role in sales management is working with a team of representatives solving client needs with integrated solutions in equity administration, transfer agency and executive service products. Prior to this role, he was Director of Strategy and Industry Relations with Transcentive. John has 11 years in the stock plan industry working with service providers in product, account management, sales and strategy roles. John has been a long-term member of NASPP and is a former President of the Carolinas Chapter of the NASPP. John currently serves on the Board of Review for the GPS project of the Certified Equity Professional Institute and has worked in a variety of volunteer and committee roles with the CEP Institute for the last 9 years
